I've had experience at every grade level, K-12. I'm a certified Florida teacher with the following certifications: Elementary Education K-6, English 6-12, Exceptional Student Education K-12, and ESOL Endorsed. I also have my I have my IB PYP certification. I have ran IEP and 504 meetings. I have overseen the Response to Intervention department at a school servicing over 1,000 students. The focus was helping provide academic interventions, behavior interventions, and executive functioning skills' interventions. Many of those cases moved on to having IEPs or to students reaching their goals. I have experience working as a reading teacher where I taught students in small group settings to improve their reading and writing skills. I also have worked as a literacy/reading coach where my job was to work with other teachers to help them improve their reading and writing instruction. I would love to work with you.
